Through our ISO 9001:2000 quality system, every member of the altisSPR team follows the same procedures to achieve the very highest standards of customer care. We seek out and respond to feedback - and we regularly follow up with clients and candidates to measure both parties' satisfaction with every placement.
We maintain our quality system through regular external and internal audits, taking the opportunity to look for improvements in the delivery of our services.
ISO also gives us a mechanism for setting annual quality objectives and measuring the overall success of the placements we make - ensuring that our results continue to remain well above industry averages.
