Josee Maillet walked through the doors at altisSPR as a candidate looking for work; she walked out with the overwhelming feeling that it was the only place she wanted to work. "The atmosphere was amazing, I couldn't help but be drawn in," says Josee. She came to altis with seven years' experience as a sales account manager. She loved working with people but was looking for a new challenge in her career. altis was just that. "It's non-stop interaction with people everyday," she says. Josee is a member of the professional services team serving federal government departments. "Our clients often come to us with urgent needs and it's so gratifying to find them high-quality candidates matching their requests." altis prides itself in establishing trust first-resulting in long-lasting relationships and high numbers of repeat clients according to Josee. She believes that candidates choose altis because its consultants genuinely care about the candidates. "It's important to us that the candidates are happy and that we keep them working," she says. Josee is a native of New Brunswick, where she graduated from the Universite de Moncton with a degree in Business Administration. She loves the ocean and visits her family back home whenever possible. When she is not busy at the office she enjoys keeping fit-skiing, golfing or working out.
